When a property comes under management with an existing tenant, issues can arise quickly. Our Landlord Rescue Service is designed to stabilize the situation, protect your investment, and bring everything back into compliance.
Service Overview
A one-time, non-refundable fee of $895 applies when a property is occupied at the time of onboarding and intervention is required within the first 90 days.
When This Service Applies
This service is used in situations including, but not limited to:
- Non-paying tenants
- Lease violations
- Unresolved maintenance or property issues
- Problematic tenant situations requiring immediate action
- Any scenario requiring professional intervention to regain control and compliance

What’s Included
Up to 8 hours of dedicated service to:
- Work toward resident removal if necessary
- Perform a full property inspection
- Secure the property if needed
- Address non-compliance issues
- Attempt to stabilize tenancy
- Transition resident to a new Abrams Realty lease with updated terms
If Further Action Is Needed
If resolution cannot be achieved:
- We will escalate the matter to our partnered attorney for further action
- Additional services beyond 8 hours may be billed separately
